Data Deletion

1. What data we store

Once an account is connected we store only what is needed to display that account’s statistics in the Application:

• the access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection to the Platform;
• basic profile information for the connected account (the identifier and name of the Facebook page, the linked Instagram business account or the TikTok profile);
• post and video metrics — views, reach, likes, comments and shares.

We do not access your private messages or any data outside the permissions you granted. For details see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion

You can delete the data tied to your connected account in any of these ways:

• Automatically via Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove the unkw.agency app. Facebook sends us a deletion request and we remove the tokens and profile data for that connection. Along with the confirmation you receive a code you can use to check the status on this page.
• In the Application: Settings → Account connections → Disconnect on the relevant card. Disconnecting revokes our access and we delete the stored tokens for that connection.
• By email: to delete your account and all associated personal data, email info@unkw.agency with the subject “Data deletion”.

3. How long it takes

Access tokens are deleted immediately once an account is disconnected. Personal data and stored Platform data are deleted or anonymized without undue delay, typically within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention. We confirm the deletion to you.
